Rockland County has an Adult SPOA (Single Point of Access) Committee that insures timely access to needed services, and brings together provider and adjunct supports to help everyone get the help they need and for which they are eligible.
If you are 18 years of age or older, living with a serious mental illness and are considering living in one of Loeb House Inc.’s programs, a SPOA application must be completed.
