The anticipated length of stay in one of these transitional treatment residential programs is 18 to 24 months, but can be longer if deemed necessary through the agency’s Utilization Review process.
The consumers in these transitional housing programs are provided a safe place to live while gaining the skills needed to live as independently as possible in the housing of their choice. These skills are gained through person centered planning and the development of individualized Restorative Services based on the person’s medical necessity for specific services, as outlined under the Service Description. Wellness and achieving optimal health are promoted in all of our housing programs.
