Per Diem Residence Counselors needed – all shifts available.
Hourly pay range $17.71 – $20.91 – based on experience and level of education.
Per Diem Residence Counselors provide coverage as needed in residential programs for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.
Residence Counselors are responsible for the safety of consumers, cleanliness of the residence, providing weekly restorative services and documenting the services provided in the consumer’s electronic health record, supervising consumer’s self-administration of medication, and conducting medication counts.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent. Preferably some college courses and/or one (1) year experience in human services, preferably with mentally ill and chemically addicted individuals.
Ability to read and interpret documents in English with ability to complete written documentation and perform mathematical calculations. Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with clients and co-workers.
