Fred Hecht Apartments is an affordable housing program for individuals and families who meet certain income eligibility requirements. It is a 14-unit complex that has six one-bedroom units, six two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units in four two story buildings.
All of the apartments are handicapped accessible with onsite parking. In addition, a small park is across for the street. Fred Hecht Apartments, situated in a central location, is convenient to shopping, parks, schools, places of worship and transportation.
