Loeb House, Inc. is a licensed provider of residential services for individuals with special housing and service needs.

Since 1982, Loeb House has been driven by a mission to provide all people, regardless of their disability, a safe place to live.

Licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), we provide treatment residential services throughout Rockland County to individuals living with a serious mental illness, addiction or chronic medical conditions.

Through management contracts with Joseph’s Home and Rockland Homes for Heroes, we provide special needs housing for 165 individuals and their families in need of treatment, supervision, support services and case management through a full array of housing opportunities.

Our transitional treatment housing programs provide individuals with a safe place to live while gaining the skills needed to live as independently as possible in the housing of their choice. Our 68 treatment licensed beds are located throughout Rockland County.

Contract Management Services

Loeb House provides contract management services and administrative oversight to Joseph’s Home and Rockland Homes for Heroes. Together these agencies provide special needs housing to dozens of homeless veterans and special needs individuals throughout Rockland County.
