The Maggie Conway House is a 20 bed rooming house that provides meals and support services for adults in need of permanent housing. Conway House is a community setting, offering both private and shared rooms.
Clients receive case management services in accordance with their individual needs, meals, laundry assistance, medication supervision, housekeeping, the purchasing of food, money management, scheduling of medical appointments, personal benefit assistance, and coordinating individual needs with treatment teams, family and advocates.
