Contract Management Services

Loeb House provides contract management services and administrative oversight to Joseph’s Home and Rockland Homes for Heroes. Together these agencies provide special needs housing to dozens of homeless veterans and special needs individuals throughout Rockland County.

Joseph's Home

Joseph’s Home, Inc. is a private not-for-profit voluntary agency in Rockland County, providing special needs housing to homeless individuals. We provide administrative oversight and contracted case management to the people living in its two residences.

Rockland Homes for Heroes

Rockland Homes for Heroes is a private, not-for-profit 501(C)(3) organization created to provide supportive, affordable and permanent housing for honorably discharged disabled and displaced Veterans. We provide management and administrative services for eight affordable rental apartments on the grounds of Camp Shanks.
